Al Ghitha Al Saleem Company continues its ambitious strides in developing the commercial sector through its new project, Kudo Administrative Building, which is being executed with high professionalism by Otat Al Fahd Contracting Company.
The project is located in Al Shohadaa district in Riyadh, occupying a strategic location on a land area of 6,400 m². It combines commercial shops and administrative offices, with a design consisting of five floors, including two basement levels and three upper floors for multi-purpose use.
Construction work began in March 2024, and completion is expected by the end of June 2025, reflecting Otat Al Fahd’s commitment to quality and timely delivery.
